Our customer, with more than 400 collaborators and freelances, wished to have its old HRIS tool to evolve, in order to improve workforce administration, pay, reporting and Human Resources quality management. The new HRIS tool had to meet not only the HR function needs, but also those of the operational managers, in particular through the implementation of workflows and collaborative portal.
