It’s after a few years on operational positions in international retail Companies that Matthieu, motivated by a Consultancy career, participated to the creation of HRConvictions. With high competencies in national & international HRIS projects, Matthieu has successfully led many organisational & HRIS projects: implementation of new career management processes, optimisation of recruitment and IT support, creation and development of collaborative platforms, setup of institutional portals.
These missions gave Matthieu a refined expertise on e-RH.
After an experience in the HR Direction of the French Cultural Centre in Egypt, Maider joined an HR consultancy company. Then, she became consultant in the french Cedar subsidiary – an HR Consultancy company - for three years. This experience gave her the opportunity to work on various missions, on an international level. After that, she led a long mission on the settlement of the training & the personal administration changes. In 2007, Maider joined HRConvictions as a Senior Consultant, and became Partner in 2012.
Co-founder of HRConvictions, Thomas has a 15-year experience in HR Consulting. He has assisted large companies - as well as in the private and public sectors – in the transformation of their human resources function and the implementation of their HRIS: reworking of organisations & HR processes, HRIS project management, change management.
Jean-Marc is one of the founder of HRConvictions. He has more than 15 years of experience in HR Consulting and HRIS. Jean-Marc developed a strong expertise beside CAC40 international groups, in the rework of their Human Capital processes and their implementation in various HRIS. Through his multiple missions, Jean-Marc can share a large feedback on the best HR and HRIS practices.
Partner of HRConvictions, Jean-Pierre has more than 12 years of experience in the HR Consulting, in organization transformation and change management. Jean-Pierre has participated to numerous national and international projects. These various experiences gave him the opportunity to work in different sectors (Banking/Insurance, Services, Public Sector, Industry…) on HR projects and global transformation projects on which he took the HR dimension and the change management.
