Design consists of gathering and incorporating information from various sources with a view to organizing it and adapting it to a specific target audience. The risk attached to this design stage is that of interpreting or copying this information incorrectly. The next stage after design is the synopsis, which will form the basis for the following stage: the storyboard.

In IT we “implement” a programme. Once this is done, each “authorised” user can use it.
It is worth preparing for this implementation with awareness, information and support programmes: “trailers”, documents, meetings… anything to move the programme forwards.
