Masterplan for the future workforce administration tool
Our customer, the Group Pierre & Vacances, wished to examine the evolution of its HRIS tool based on workforce administration, in order to harmonize the input, fluctuation and output processes, and the business processes of HRD from headquarters and tourism. The aim was to rationalize the ways of working to gain in productivity, quality and security in the management processes.
