Help to select a service provider to outsource workforce administration, pay and absence management

Our customer, an association under the supervision of the State, composed of more than 350 collaborators, wished to improve its way of working in the management of workforce administration, pay, absence and reporting. Its activities were already partially outsourced, and its aim was to increase the service quality realized by the service provider, and at the same time to control the complete cost of the function and to adopt a new HRIS tool, more performing and integrated.

  • To write the specifications for the outsourcing of the workforce administration and pay functions: functionalities of the new tool, outsourced services, service and commitment levels.
  • To drive the call for tenders on the basis of competitive dialogue in the respect of public market code: call for applications, selection, short-list
  • To analyze the offers and to count the answers
  • To drive the competitive dialogue
  • To write the pay white Book (to collect and formalize the pay rules which are necessary to the project's implementation).
