Our client, having about 900 points of sale and 58 000 employees, did entrust us with the mission to select e-recrutement tool to develop its employer's brand. Project stakes: establish the first common project to HR directions of all stores and central purchasing departments, and to have the better performing e-recruitment website of its industry. Result has been implementation of e-recruitment website which attracted lots of candidates.
