Definition of HR Indicators and implementation of a data collection and reporting solution for the 22 HR directions of the Group
Our client wished to improve the reliability of its HR data collection process in order to provide the steering comitee and the HR directors of the countries a reporting tool allowing them to : - share common indicators and repositories for a relevant benchmark, - reduce the time dedicated to the production of the international performance review - develop management tasks with more reliable analysis : comparisons, simulations, and correction plans according to their HR politics.
