About us
ConvictionsRH is a consulting firm specialized in accompanying the evolution of the HR function.
We intervene across all HR function processes: recruitment, career and competency management, training, compensation management, workforce administration, payroll and time management.
The firm was founded by five associates originating from consulting firms, but also having held operational roles within different organizations, who shared a desire to work together on a common project. This diversity of career paths and this double culture provide a strong dimension to our approach. Our in-depth knowledge of organizations enables us to analyze HR issues from the right point of view and to ensure the feasibility of our recommendations.
The name ConvictionsRH has a double meaning
The value of Human Capital is a key factor in the economic performance of companies. We share this important conviction with our customers. This is why we have chosen to focus our activity exclusively on assisting Human Resources departments, helping them to respond to the challenge of creating value: implementing a HR policy which is in line with company strategy.
